Return Policy

Returns must be mailed within 48 hours of receipt of purchase in unused salable condition without scratched, damaged, bent or missing parts or beads.

Items must be returned insured for full purchase value and a physical signature required upon delivery.

 

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges which are

not refundable.

Upon receipt and inspection, you will be notified of acceptance of your return and a full refund of your purchase price and sales taxes will be processed back to your original payment method.

For orders that do not include "Free Shipping", customer paid shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Depending on your bank, please allow 6-10 days for your bank to show your refund in your account.
